A bright and jolly card to give to your Valentine this Valentine's Day. Made up using our grey polka dot papers with added wooden hearts, red heart buttons and a pretty mini key. You can add a name if you would like, this will be added to the bottom of the card underneath the heart. To add a name of your choice, simply add in the personalisation box provided.
